Online Store Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery receipt to return any unused items for a refund or exchange. Please note that Returns for online purchases will not be accepted in our physical store.

Items must include all original tags and must be in the same condition they were received. All items must also be in original packaging.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. This doesn not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend at least the royal mail signed for service.
